ODE TO TQM
Customer, Customer, where art Thou?
Satisfying Thee is our solemn vow.
A hundred eighty orders await,
On supply chain destined for arrivals late!
So let us examine,
in the context of this rhyme,
If standard TQM practices,
Are really worth our time!
Many gurus the manufacturing era hath
By this problem vexed,
And on the concept written,
Countless lines of text.
Would it tie up more resources?
Would it rake up the cost?
Or would it be simply
More time lost?
TQM ensures
We take steps to mitigate,
The spinoffs of foreseen risks,
Before tis too late.
All are at hand,
All want to know,
How are we doing?
How does it go?
The Plan's like a symphony
That maketh all tasks dance
Meticulous and Perfect
Leaving nothing to chance
If customer satisfaction is the topmost goal,
The virtues of TQM have been justly extolled!
Can we now all agree,
Beyond a shadow of a doubt.!!
TQM is a thing,
No firm can do without.!
