Introduction
IMTA – Integrated Master of Tourism Administration
Duration : 5 years (10 Semesters)
The department was established in 2009. This program is affiliated to Bangalore University. The duration of the Program is Five Years. The students can enroll for the course after completing their PUC II year and graduate as Masters after five years. Unique feature of the Integrated Master of Tourism Administration Programme of AIMS is the blend of theoretical and practical knowledge of both Hotel and Tourism Industry. At the end of the programme the students emerge as qualified and professionally trained individuals ready to make their presence felt in their chosen domain. The Curriculum for the students includes both classroom theory sessions and practical exposure to some extend in the Tourism Industry. This is to equip them with necessary knowledge and skill required for the Hospitality Industry.
Our faculty members are quite experienced professionals from the leading Educational Institutions and worked in the tourism related Industries with an average working experience of three years and also well qualified. Our Faculty Members are also possessing excellent industry rapport so as to maintain the B- school standards in terms of Knowledge and changing trends.
Eligibility
Students who have passed their Higher secondary / 10 + 2 / PUC or equivalent examinations in any discipline from recognized boards and universities.
